Catskill Distilling Company
The Catskill Distilling Company is a NY State Farm Distillery producing 8 Spirits on site including Peace Vodka, Most Righteous Bourbon, One & Only Buckwheat and Defiant Rye Whiskey. We offer tours, tastings, private and public events, a sculpture park, outdoor deck and sales of our spirits. The Dancing Cat Saloon is also on site and offers regional american fare incorporating our spirits and other locally sourced products with a side of live music.
Local Purveyors: We are a Farm Distillery so we are the source!
We serve NY State Spirits in the Distillery and also have a full bar that includes local beer i.e. Catskill Brewing and Trouttown Brewery.
