Evolutionary Organics is a Certified Naturally Grown vegetable farm in New Paltz, NY. A real effort is made to grow food that tastes incredible, treat the people that work here fairly, and pay attention to nurturing the ground and environment we work with.

Products: Plant starts- Herbs, annual and some perennial flowers, and vegetables Hot sauces, pickles, tomato sauces, salsa, dried herbs and hot peppers. A vast selection of made on the farm, with farm grown ingredients, value added items. Vegetables, lots and lots, with a pretty diverse offering of them. Many salad greens, cooking greens, up to 50 kinds of hot peppers, 20 types of potatoes, about 20 kinds of winter squash, eggplant, snap peas, several varieties of fresh beans, 6 or 7 kinds of summer squash, squash blossoms, some herbs, ginger, turmeric, garlic, a huge selection of heirloom tomatoes, lots of root crops- rutabagas, turnips, carrots, beets, winter and spring radishes, garlic, a lot of things. No corn.
