A project of Hudson Valley Agribusiness Development Corporation

  • Aurelia

Aurelia began as an "country" offshoot of Gennaro, an acclaimed Upper West Side Italian-Mediterranean restaurant. Our cuisine has a base of Gennaro's most popular dishes like Handmade gnocchi, Raw kale salad, Braised lamb shank, Grilled Shrimp salad but also incorporates the talent and passion of the executive chef. We change the menu seasonally to capitalize on flavors of ingredients at their peak. We always source locally first and even have an herb garden outside the kitchen door. Everything from our homemade focaccia, pickles, ravioli, to hand-cut French fries are made here. We pride ourselves in presenting food that is fresh, satisfying and nutritious.

Cuisine: Mediterranean style cooking inspired by seasonal, locally produced, ingredients from the Hudson Valley and the Northeast.
