Bluestone Bistro
Bluestone Bistro is a full service restaurant in Poughkeepsie near IBM. We serve an eclectic menu in a casual and friendly atmosphere. Some of our signature selections include Brick Oven Mac & Cheese, Beer & Cheese Fondue, and hand pressed Burgers. We continue to source many local ingredients. Our menu is approachable, fresh and simple. We also operate a full service catering business and a quick service cafe. We aim to use as much local foods and beverages as possible. Our hope is that if we use local farms and vendors, not only will we have superior products, but that our local economy will grow!
