Restaurant serving high end pub and locally sourced unique fare with a side of Live Music and located on the grounds of the Catskill Distilling Co. producing NY Spirits with Tasting, Tours and Sales - Full Bar at Both venues featuring our craft spirits and local beers and wine.
Cuisine: We use our own Spirits from the Catskill Distilling Company in many of our casual but elegant and unique fare. We also host Tasting Dinners that include locally sourced tasting dishes matched with cocktails made with our spirits to match - Usually 5 courses with education and dialogue included.
