Chaseholm Farm is a grass-fed dairy operation run by Sarah Chase and her brother Rory makes cheeses with the milk produced on the farm. We are working on an organic certification.

Production Methods: Grass-fed, transitioning organic.

Products: Raw milk, Farmstead cheeses, Sauerkraut, Herbs

Visiting Hours: Saturdays 10am-4pm

Where to Find our Products: Farm Stand: We have a farm stand that is open staffed on Saturdays (10-4) but is also open for the self serving customer other days of the week. Farmers Markets: Chaseholm Farm Creamery is represented at many Farmers Markets, check the website for that information.
