The first winery in Columbia County, and voted Best Local Winery by the county and in the Capital Region multiple years since opening in 2007. A boutique winery on a lovely property with several acres planted, a bright, airy tasting room, open year-round. Producing dry whites and reds, as well as sweet and dessert wines. The tasting room also offers local cheeses, vinegars, syrups, spreads, cookies, crackers, and other goodies. Hudson-Chatham is also a member of the Hudson Berkshire Beverage Trail.

Production Methods: Wines are made at the winery in Ghent. No filtering or fining. All done by hand.
