Our family farm is nested in the Helderberg Mountains of upstate New York and our White Dorper sheep graze stress-free on the lush rolling pastures and drink from our artesian well. In addition to planted legumes, they also have full free-choice access to minerals and salt. All of our lamb is antibiotic and pesticide-free.
We have 125 acres of woods and pasture, 9 acres of Christmas tree fields. We have a wonderful timber frame barn with 2 fireplaces, gift shop and bed and breakfast. Our Christmas tree operation is a choose and cut, open every weekend after Thanksgiving. People love to come, cut their tree and sit by the fire with free hot chocolate.
Germantown Beer Farm grows hops and malts barley, rye, wheat. We do traditional floor malting on our farm and cater to local breweries, distillers and bakers. We will be opening up to scheduled tours and demonstrations soon!
An organic farm growing a variety of vegetables, berries, fruits, mushrooms and herbs. We distribute at local farmer's markets and through our CSA program.
