Our rooms are simple stylish spaces mindful of comfort and privacy with modern amenities. Though we are not a B&B, the rooms are stocked with delicious house baked scones, orange juice, seasonal fruit, hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea and cocoa as an in-room breakfast.  And It is not uncommon to find afternoon treats.

We are hands-on chefs engaged in thoughtful cooking, committed to using best ingredients, including harvest from our organic kitchen garden and are passionate about executing classic techniques to create a spirited and seasonally driven menu. Most everything is locally sourced so home-made tastes really good.

Being green comes naturally in the Catskills, we use eco-friendly cleaning products, recycle & compost.
‍Catskill Rose is located in the Catskill high peaks, boasting thousands of acres of forever wild protected lands, a haven for hiking, kayaking, biking, fishing, snowshoeing, downhill & cross country skiing and is close to historical sites and festivals. The Mount Tremper fire tower trail is a perennial favorite as is shopping in the towns of Woodstock & Phoenicia. And the  Ashokan Rail Trailis great for walking and biking.
