Pennings Farm

  • Pennings Farm

We are a 3rd generation family run 120 acre farm in Warwick. NY. We are primarily fruit growers, with about 60 acres of apples, and 15 of peaches, nectarines, and apricots. We farm an additional 50 or so acres off our main farm, mainly growing fresh produce such as sweet corn, tomatoes, pumpkins, mixed squash and some greens. We recently put in a 1 acre hop yard on the top of our farm. In the past 10 years we've added both a full scale restaurant, pub, and beer garden focusing on locally sourced products. We do our best to follow an IPM management style with our crops, and have been focusing a lot on our soil health by being smart with our tillage practices, crop rotations, and use of cover crops.
