All wine is fermented by naturally occurring yeasts and bottled by hand, unfined and unfiltered with the only addition being a minimal amount of sulfite for stability.

Wine Ingredients come from:
Grapes come from vineyards in the Finger Lakes region of New York, about a hundred miles west of the winery. We work with the same growers each season taking fruit from the same rows year after year. Grapes are harvested directly into our picking boxes and driven to the barn in Long Eddy where all processing, fermentation, elevage and bottling takes place. Annual production is on average one-thousand cases.

If you are in the business and interested in carrying Eminence Road wine please read on for some basic information.
DISTRIBUTION: We are self-distributed. And we're terrible at it. Also, due to the complexities of interstate commerce as it relates to alcohol, we sell wholesale only within New York State and only within about 150 mile radius of the farm. Disclaimer: We do not deliver to mid-town Manhattan. I'm sorry. The traffic is just silly.
DELIVERY: We deliver to Manhattan and Brooklyn every three weeks and the Hudson Valley and Catskills every four weeks or as demand dictates. See above for the next upcoming delivery dates. Please try to have orders in at least one day prior.

PRICING: Contact us for wholesale pricing. It's very reasonable.
MINIMUMS: We ask that orders falling into our regular delivery schedule be at least 2 cases (24 bottles) and mixed cases are totally fine. Special delivery orders must be at least 5 cases, though sometimes we can work something out--just let us know what you need.
