Fishkill Farms is a 270-acre apple orchard and vegetable farm located in East Fishkill, New York, that has been in the Morgenthau family for over 100 years. Our homegrown organic vegetables and eco-certified fruit can be found year-round at our farm store and through our seasonal pick-your-own operation, as well as our CSA program and several farmer’s markets in the Hudson Valley and New York City. Starting with peas and strawberries in the spring, and culminating with apples and pumpkins in the fall, the farm provides family-friendly outdoor fun for the local community.

Production Methods: Certified Organic

Products: Fishkill Farms grows a diverse array of fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers however we specialize in apples of which we grow over 100 different varieties. All of our berries, vegetables, herbs, flowers and eggs are certified organic as well as a portion of our apples. Certified organic produce you can find are (but not limited to) are strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, red & black currants, gooseberries, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, eggplants, kale, spinach, lettuce, summer squash, hot peppers, sweet & hot peppers, sweet potatoes, potatoes, garlic, winter squash, basil, rosemary, thyme, lemon balm, lavender, cosmos, zinnias, butterfly weed, pasture-raised eggs, and select varieties of apples (Crimson Crisp, Goldrush, Galarina, Shizuka, etc). The remainder of our fruit is Eco-Cerified through Red Tomato or grown to the same standards that Red Tomato sets. Those fruits include cherries (tart, sweet and golden), peaches & nectarines (white & yellow), donut peaches, plums (green gage, Italian and Japanese), apricots, pears, quince and apples (including but not limited to Gala, McIntosh, Honeycrisp, Fuji, Macoun, Empire, Golden Delicious, Esopus Spitzenburg, Mutsu, Rome, Jonagold, etc).

Visiting Hours: June-December: 9am-6pm, daily. January-May: Friday & Saturday, 9am-5pm; Sunday, 9am-3pm.
