We produce a hard cider and fresh cider(in season) and operate an Orchard Bar on Orchard Lane, Hillsdale, New York. Ciders are semi-dry and all the way dry plus a barrel aged bourbon cider. Fresh cider (Sept-Nov.) is 100% Certified Organic.
