Newburgh Brewing Company
We are a craft production brewery located in the City of Newburgh, housed in a 160 year old 22,000 square foot brick warehouse. We opened in 2012. In addition to distributing through most of New York and northern New Jersey, we also operate a full-scale restaurant on the top floor of our building.
Local Purveyors: We source many of our adjuncts locally, including wine must from the Magnanini Farm Winery, apple cider from Roe's Orchard, chocolate from Fruition Chocolate.
Production Methods: 20 BBL Brewhouse with 5 20 BBL Fermenters, 2 40 BBL Fermenters
Products: We have produced over 40 styles of beer since we opened; we try to have a new beer every 4-6 weeks. We also brew 6 styles year round, which are: Cream Ale (4.2%), Brown Ale (4.2%), East Kolsch (4.5%), Paper Box Pale Ale (4.5%), MegaBoss IPA (7.0%), Hop Drop DIPA (9.5%)
