FeedHV

FeedHV is HVADC's food justice initiative.  Operating in Dutchess, Columbia, Greene, Orange, Putnam, Sullivan and Ulster counties, FeedHV is a regional food rescue and harvesting network dedicated to meeting the needs of Hudson Valley neighbors while mitigating the impacts of food waste.

Taste NY

Taste NY is an initiative launched by Governer Cuomo in 2013 to promote New York's food and beverage industries.  It is overseen by the Department of Agriculture and Markets and has created opportunities for local producers to showcase their goods at large public events, such as Great New York State Fair.  The program has also opened stores at Thruway rest stops along the state's highways and in transportation hubs, enabling travelers to buy New York State's homegrown and homemade products.

The Hudson Valley Agribusiness Development Corporation

The Hudson Valley Bounty is a project of the Hudson Valley Agribusiness Development Corporation (HVADC).  HVADC is the only economic development agency in the Hudson Valley with a specific focus on the viability of the agricultural economy in the region.  HVADC's charge is to enhance the agricultural sector in the Hudson Valley by assisting both new and existing agri-businesses, and supporting policies and regulations that recognize and support New York State's agricultural economy.  HVADC is certified as a CDFI.

Our services are carefully designed to promote the Hudson Valley as an attractive, viable region for agriculture and to foster growth and development of the agricultural sector through a creative program or marketing, promotion and the provision and coordination of financial and other resources.  We are a not-for-profit organization with offices in Hudson, New York, enabling us to work closely with a variety of public and private partners throughout the Hudson Valley.
