All vegetables and produce are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides and the soil is enriched with compost made on-site. Production of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and eggs is integrated and raised in an organic model. Livestock is grass-fed and grazed using a intensive rotational management system.

Our Christmas tree operation is a choose and cut, open every weekend after Thanksgiving. People love to come, cut their tree and sit by the fire with free hot chocolate.
