We carry roving and yarn for all your fiber needs, our own Icelandic and Shetland and brands such as  Berocco, Mountain Colors, Rowan, Bergere de France, Bartlett, Universal Yarns, Tahki Stacy Charles, Pura Bella, The Fiber Co., Cestari.  The yarns include 100% wool, Superwash wool, wool/alpaca blends, wool/mohair blends, silk, merino wool/silk blends, mohair and mohair/silk blends, cotton and flax. You will find all your knitting and crocheting and rug hooking supplies as well.

It was a convoluted trip from Long Island, to Pennsylvania, to Washington, DC, to Buffalo, NY to Kingston, NY to Colorado and finally ending on a 131 acre farm in Dutchess County, NY.  The Hereford cattle were gradually replaced by Dorset sheep and the Dorsets replaced by Shetlands and Icelandics.

Fiber reigned.  Knitting and crocheting were learned at my mother's knee.  Now there was spinning, weaving, felting, dyeing and rug hooking.
