Cara-Sel salted caramel is handcrafted in small batches right here in the Hudson Valley with just five all-natural ingredients: organic sugar, heavy cream, Cabot butter, sea salt, and vanilla.
We sell our pasture-raised, heritage breed pork by the ¼ or ½ share.Our pigs are USDA processed at Hilltown Pork Inc (animal welfare approved for humane handling) and the meat comes back cryopacked, labeled, and frozen.
