The Beer Diviner
A small nano brewery tucked into the Taconic Hills, 45 minutes due east of Albany. Food&Wine Magazine recently picked us in their article, "50 Amazing Nano Breweries" to represent New York.
Local Purveyors: We grow our own hops and purchase hops from Hop Hollar farm in Peterburg. Our malt is grown in western New York and malted at Valley Malts in Hadley, Mass. Honey is local, herbs are either locally grown or wild picked.
Production Methods: 2 Barrel System recently upgraded to a 4 barrel with 7 barrel fermenters. We have recently added an addition to the brewery, shut down our tap room down the road in Stephentown, and opened a new tasting room at the brewery
