We make handcrafted beef jerky, which we've been making for 20 years. 10 of those years have been in business, the other 10 were for fun, family, and friends. That has led us into a few other paths, including: Beef snack sticks available in 8 flavors, pickled items we started with eggs, sausage, and have expanded to beets, sliced red onions, dilly beans [regular & spicy], garlic [regular & spicy], and jalapenos. Next up is our amazing spice blends for making your own dips, grilling seasonings, marinades, and dinner solutions (Taco, Sloppy Joe, Pulled Pork, Rotisserie Chicken). Then came our Baking mixes as well as our Soup Mixes.

Muddy Trail Jerky is a small, family-owned business based in Greenwich, NY. We craft small-batch beef jerky in 14 bold flavors and offer 8 varieties of snack sticks. Our lineup also includes over 40 handcrafted dips, rubs, and spice blends for everyday meals, grilling, and home cooking, along with 12 hearty soup mixes and 10 delicious baking mixes.
We proudly make our own pure vanilla extract and vanilla paste using premium Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans. Our pickled specialties include eggs, sausage, beets, beans, garlic, onions, and jalapeños.
Custom spice blends, product favors, and curated gift packs are available for weddings, showers, family reunions, and special events.

We source our maple and honey from local producers. Our meat is from USDA locations. We use our local wholesale stores, container suppliers, and dry or freeze-dry our own fruits, vegetables, & jerky.
