Beacon Pantry was born in March 2014 with two goals: 1) To bring high-quality food, including cheese, French, Italian and Spanish pantry staples, to the Beacon community, and 2) to offer a welcoming atmosphere where customers can explore and learn about new ingredients. Since that time Beacon Pantry has expanded and evolved, but what hasn’t changed is our commitment to sourcing ingredients that are difficult to find in the Hudson Valley and offering customers a little taste of Europe in the process.

Our general catering menu focuses on fresh, high quality ingredients. Food that is bright and flavorful and perfect for any number of settings…boxed lunches for your office, a cheese platter for a party or a hearty spread for a photoshoot/film crew lunch.
