Woodland Mushroom Farm & Apothecary
We hope to emanate a vision of conscious land use, and strive for sustainability in all that we do. In November of 2021 we started our (planned) exploration and expansion into outdoor mushroom cultivation, with the help of Luke Sarrantonio (Degree in Forest Biology and 12+ years of outdoor mushroom cultivation). The farm is growing quickly, we will reach 1000 logs with season's inoculations (Spring 2024). We grow mostly Shiitake, but are developing projects to work more with Reishi, Maitake, Laetiporus, Nameko and others! We offer educational farm tours and workshops in the beautiful forest setting of our mushroom yard. We would love to hear from you!
