Restaurant’s cuisine style:

We serve American classics and comfort food. The food we serve uses exceptional ingredients from nearby farms, but just as importantly, is nourishing and satisfying.

Local Ingredients and sources:

Most of our sourcing is local, but specifically all of our produce, meat and dairy. We work with Kinderhook Farm, John Fazio Farm, Letterbox, Montgomery Place Orchards, Common Hands, Hearty Roots, Whistle Down, Sparrowbush, Mx Morningstar Farm, Tiny Hearts, Blue Star, Starling Yards, The Village Green, Bonfiglio & Bread, Daughters Fare & Ale, Ronnybrook, The Herbal Acre and probably a few I'm forgetting! Our seafood is from the east coast, usually Montauk or Cape Cod. We use coffee, wine, liquor, beer, citrus fruit, olive oil and certain dry goods that are from California, Europe and beyond. But we try to choose these purveyors, winemakers, distributors based on similar goals, ethos and commitment to excellence.
