We are a small scale farm located in Kinderhook, NY. Our pigs are bred and born on pasture and forest, then finished with whey to produce high quality pork.
Our Plan begins with using pigs to clear and open the woods. We can then selectively harvest trees more easily while letting more sunlight to the ground to increase the amount and quality of grazing pasture for our livestock. Once these areas are cleared, planted and regenerated with high quality forages, we will begin rotational grazing practices to maintain a healthy ecosystem throughout the property.
