Lynnhaven is nestled at the foot of the Shawangunk Ridge in Pine Bush, New York. Our artisan cheeses are handcrafted in small batches with goat milk from our award winning herd of Nubian and Lamancha goats. A wide variety of soft cheeses is offered to please every palate.
Our chevre logs are hand shaped and rolled in herbs offered in several varieties. We make primarily fresh cheeses using only the milk from our own goats, and sell directly to consumers at the weekly farmer's markets that we attend.
