The Mills bring that thoughtfulness to their menu, too, which changes daily and is comprised of real, honest, good food, based on the bounty of the season, thanks to their nearly familial relationships with local farmers and vendors, even craft brewers.
Our menu changes daily with what gets pulled out of the ground. We support local growers and purchase only whole animals when possible, which are fabricated on site. We visit all of our farms, insuring the integrity with which our ingredients are sourced. "Eat with the season.
