Quimby Farm

Quimby Farm

For four generations, our family has proudly stewarded this 200-plus-year-old farm nestled in the picturesque mountains of Marlboro, New York. On 80 bucolic acres, we raise grass-fed beef and cultivate delicious berries and grapes, honoring both tradition and the land that sustains us. From the crops we grow, we craft small-batch jellies and jams, and we also have a small cut flower production each season. Our roots run deep here, and so does our commitment to responsible farming, quality food, and community connection. We are dedicated to preserving our family legacy while providing wholesome, locally grown products you can feel good about bringing to your table.
