Our first product, Screamin' Onionz are sliced NY State onions slow cooked in craft sauces made from: peppers, onions, garlic and vinegar. We have 3 varieties: Mild -Sweet Peppers, Medium - Cherry peppers and Hot - Cayenne Peppers.
Screamin' Onionz are the only onion based food product on the market so versatile they can be used as anything from a condiment all the way to a culinary food starter and crossover into all mainstream diets: Vegan, Keto, Vegetarian, Paleo, No Sugar, No Fat, Gluten Free, Low Salt, etc.
