Black Sheep Hill is a family farm located in Northeast Dutchess County in New York’s Hudson Valley. We breed Black Welsh Mountain sheep, a heritage breed, for their fleece as well as their meat.
Our establishment is a year-round family friendly local source for high quality food and ornamental crops. Being a small family owned and operated business, we utilize roughly 30 acres for crop production.
Founded in 1915, Green Acres has been continuously run by four generations of the Yandik family, growing tree fruit, berries, a wide selection of Heirloom tomatoes, vegetables, eggs, and raw honey. We also have a popular bakery on site. We grow both conventional and no-spray crops and are happy to steer customers towards sustainable options.

Longlesson Farm is proud to be part of the movement toward sustainable agriculture in Upstate New York. On our family farm, we maintain a herd of about 120 registered black Angus cows and calves.
